These terms apply when you use waitingpaws.shop or buy one of our guides. By buying, you agree to them. “We”, “us” and “Waiting Paws” mean the business that runs this website; “you” means the person buying or using the guide.

1. What you’re buying

Our guides are digital products: PDF files (and a ZIP file of printables) that you download. Nothing is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax that applies.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is complete once Stripe confirms the payment, and your download links appear straight away and are emailed to you.

3. Your licence to use the guide

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download it, read it and print copies for your own household. You may not:

• share, resell, upload or give away the files or your download links;
• copy the content into other products, courses or websites;
• use it commercially (for example, as handouts for paid training clients) without our written permission.

All content, images and designs remain the property of Waiting Paws.

5. Not veterinary advice

Our guides share general, educational information about dog behaviour. They are not veterinary or medical advice and don’t replace a vet or a qualified behaviour professional. Every dog is different, so we can’t promise a particular result. If your dog is hurting themselves, not eating, or very distressed, please talk to your vet.

6. Using the guide safely

You are responsible for your dog’s safety and wellbeing while following any of the steps. Stop any exercise that causes your dog distress and get professional help.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Waiting Paws isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm to people, pets or property arising from using the guide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the guide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Waiting Paws is registered, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
