Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit waitingpaws.shop or buy a guide, and how we use it. We keep it to what we need, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, billing country/postcode and payment details. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- When you browse: anonymous usage information through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, the website or app that sent you here, your rough location (city/country) and device type. This uses cookies.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
How we use it
- To process your order and deliver your downloads.
- To send your order email with your download links, and to answer your questions.
- To handle refunds and prevent fraud.
- To understand which content and pages are helpful so we can improve them.
We don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked to receive them.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run the shop. They only get the information they need to do their job:
- Stripe: payments and tax.
- Resend: sending order emails.
- Cloudflare: hosting this website and storing the guide files.
- Google Analytics: website usage statistics.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting, and so you can re-download your guide. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics’ retention settings.
Your choices and rights
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@waitingpaws.shop. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, and we’ll honour them.
Children
Our shop is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
